The Flavor Behind the Viral Wedding

Talk of the South had the honor of catering Chloe Holladay and Kulyn Hubbard's widely shared Chattanooga wedding, featured in PEOPLE. Designed as a joyful celebration of Southern roots, the menu brought together crowd-favorite comfort foods and elevated presentation for more than 300 guests.

Guests enjoyed a menu that included sliders, homemade biscuits, fried chicken, country ham, sausage gravy, assorted jams, parmesan-crusted chicken, mac and cheese, green beans and a carving and smoked station with smoked pork tenderloin, sausage, cream cheese, and hash brown casserole. Their meal showcased the hearty Southern flavors and hospitality we love to serve.
